Lucie Newcomb, M.A. (Leadership) is President and Chief Executive Officer of The NewComm Global Group, Inc. She has been providing strategy, change management and training services for market leaders like IBM, Cisco, Johnson & Johnson and innovative former start-ups, such as Quote.com and Marvell, for more than 15 years. An executive since 1983, Lucie has presented at more than a dozen industry conferences worldwide and is the author of a dozen executive training courses. As a Mentor for TechWomen, a U.S. State Department program, and the U.S. Market Access Center, Lucie works regularly with overseas entrepreneurs and multinational corporations. In addition to the Advisory Boards of Aerio, an innovative open source software company, and Market4Demand, a distinguished technology marketing firm, she is active in the International Leadership Association. Lucie holds degrees from the University of California at Berkeley and Saint Mary’s College of California and is certified in the Leadership Practices Inventory (Kouzes and Posner) and Values Technology’s Hall-Tonna (Values) Inventory.
