SVPM Brown Bag Series: Scrum Mastery from Good to Great Part 2 – Enabling

Welcome to Silicon Valley Project Management’s (SVPM) Brown Bag Program Series where we focus on better Agility, and Leadership through the Scrum Master’s journey.

What’s a Brown Bag?

A Brown Bag refers to meetings where attendees would bring their lunches in brown paper bags for quick tutorial sessions, share insights, and discuss new trends, along with best practices. Our Brown Bags are live internally to SVPM members and are recorded for our blog page.

We continue our blog/video series with Suruchi Patki presenting and discussing “Enabling” based on Geoff Watts’ book, Scrum Mastery: From Good to Great Servant-Leadership (2021). Suruchi will present a monthly pre-recorded video session based on Geoff Watts’ themes, broken down into the acronym RETRAINED representing the key qualities that define a Great Scrum Master.
